Stew of pork
Attractive and tender stew in sweet and sour gravy. Interesting, tasty, and very aromatic. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Brine

    100 ml

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Nutmeg

    0.3 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

Onion cut into semi-rings and put fry in vegetable oil until soft. Then subtracting the heat, add the meat cut into thin long strips. Stir and fry until lightly Browning meat.

When the meat is flushed and the liquid all evaporates, add the brine from beneath cucumbers. Add all the spices. Stir, the fire abated to a minimum. Simmer the meat for 20-30 minutes.

After 20-30 minutes, add the meat cut in cube marinated cucumbers and garlic passed through the press. In cold cream add the flour, mix well.

Add to the meat of the sour cream-flour mixture, mix quickly. Pour a glass of boiled water and simmer meat for 10-15 minutes. Serve the stew with your favorite side dish.
