Easy to prepare dessert of strawberries and bananas.

Thickener for cream

Cooking
Start with cooking cream. Yogurt pour into a large bowl. Add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar, a thickener and mix with a mixer. I use a thickener for cream. Count the exact number of required thickener according to the description on the package.
The resulting cream put in a piping bag or just a bag in which You cut the corner. Send cream in the fridge.
Strawberries cut into cubes, add the remaining sugar (1,5 tablespoons) and mash slightly with a fork.
Bananas cut into cubes. Can sprinkle bananas with lemon juice to not turn black.
Assemble the dessert layers. Strawberries, cream, bananas, cream, strawberries, cream. Decorate as desired.
The dessert looks very impressive. Your guests will be surprised. Bon appetit.
