Cooking

step-0
Make the first layer. To start, soak the gelatin. Water need 8 times more gelatin (in this case 400 ml of water) and leave for half an hour.
step-1
In a deep bowl mix the sour cream with sugar. Until the sugar is dissolved you can not mix.
step-2
Take a bowl or a saucepan more, because there will all combine and bring to a boil. Curd grind with egg until smooth.
step-3
Melt the butter, I do it in a water bath. Mix butter with cream cheese as well to make it homogeneous.
step-4
Obtained cottage cheese mixed with sour cream. The mixture should be liquid.
step-5
Then add swollen gelatin and put on medium heat. Achieve, with constant stirring, complete dissolution of gelatin.
step-6
Pour it into molds so that it is more than half. And allow to stand for 2.5 - 3 hours in the refrigerator. Layer of curd should be elastic.
step-7
A second coat. Again, soak the gelatin in the same proportions. Cocoa powder mixed with water. Then add gelatin, put on fire and at continuous stirring bring to the boil. Remove from heat, allow to cool, otherwise the hot chocolate layer will make a hole in the cheese. I cool way: in a bowl more than a saucepan with a second layer, pour cold water and put it in the saucepan with the chocolate mass and stir, if necessary, change several times the water, but the temperature of the 2nd layer should be comfortable to the skin.
step-8
Pour on top of first layer and leave for another 1.5 - 2 hours in the refrigerator.
step-9
After the specified time is taken from the refrigerator, cut it into pieces. Bon appetit!
