Mild cheese casserole with cauliflower
I've made a casserole with cauliflower. So it turned out delicious that I couldn't share with you. Welcome aboard!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    230 g

  • Bran

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • The processed cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Disassemble the cabbage into small heads, boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain off water, let cool.

Finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil.

To the onions add oat bran, stir, fry.

Pour into the pan the milk, simmer a few minutes. Enter soft cheese, dissolved it and heated a few more minutes. Salt, add your favorite spices available.

In refractory form spread boiled cabbage, pour the cooked sauce. Close the lid, put into the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Here and ready our zapekanka. So soft with the aroma of cheese! Mmmm, yummy!
