Cooking
The products are fresh and very simple.
Potatoes clean, cut into pieces and boil until tender in salted water. The maximum water drained. The potatoes dry.

Boil gnocchi in salted boiling water. After surfacing, cook for 1.5-2 minutes. Put on the plate.
Make sauce just before serving. Tomatoes, garlic and Basil puree them in a blender into a puree. Previously with the tomatoes to remove the skins, especially if it is dense. I do not remove, just cut the place of the pedicle. Conventional tomatoes, the skin is not felt after grinding in a blender.
Finely chop the onion and add to the sauce. To taste add black pepper. Add the vegetable oil and soy sauce, I chose the salt from the proposed line of TM Kikkoman sauces - classic.. Try and adjust the taste.
Pour the finished gnocchi with the sauce, decorate with greens and serve. You can lightly sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
