Don't always have time to mess with the test. From this dough cakes or buns can be done in 40 (!)minutes. It does not require distance. It is possible from the oven.

Cooking
Dissolve yeast in milk.Flour combine the sugar and salt.
Of milk and flour knead the dough.
Continue to cut the dough as usual.
And cares it too, as a simple test.
