Description
When I was in Germany, I was struck by how easily the Germans used the fruit in meat dishes. It was unusual, but very tasty. So I was born the idea to serve the meat with fruit sauces. Now this is my thing.
Cooking
I make several sauces. It's very simple, so do not need pictures. You can take cranberries or cranberries, cherries, apricots, kiwi, oranges, wash, and grind blender (if You have cranberries or cranberries, some berries can be left whole, the sauce with them beautiful). Add sugar, salt and put on fire be. After 5 minutes, add a sprig of rosemary and 0.5 cups of wine, spicy pepper or a chili pepper (if You have children, it is better not to add) and boil until desired consistency. All that now remains only to get pepper and a sprig.
If You are using kiwi, be sure with the rosemary, add a sprig of mint, the taste immediately acquires a noble shade. I think this is the best sauce for poultry.
