Cake and bagels
Have not baked this cake and bagels yeast wanted. From the same dough baked, but the taste turned out different.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    70 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Flour

Knead the dough is not too steep and give to stand for 1.5-2 hours in a warm place.

Divide the dough into two parts. One part out thinly and put into a form, and then evenly distribute the filling. The filling I did so: 100 g of chopped nuts to combine and mix well with warmed honey (2-3 tbsp thick honey).

The topping for the pie to do so: 100 g of butter to melt on the fire, remove the pan from the fire. Add 0.5 cups of sugar, flour immediately pour a glass, and then, if required, then pour in the process of mixing. Should get the big crumbs. Sprinkle top of the filling to give the cake to stand before baking for 40 minutes. Bake in a well heated oven at 200*C until ready.

Of the remaining dough roll out a thin layer and divided into triangles, put the filling inside. I used the same as pie, only in a smaller quantity - 1 tbsp honey 30 g of chopped nuts.

Cut bagels and spread on a baking sheet, brush with egg. Allow to stand before baking for 30-40 minutes. Bake in a well heated oven at 200*C until Golden brown.
