Fish with vegetables
Today I cooked fish with vegetables in a pot Zepter. Vegetables and fish were roasted without oil, have retained the maximum of useful nutrients. The dish does not contain carcinogens, tasty, light and bright.

Ingredients

  • Fish

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

  • Pepper

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Tomato

    100 g

  • Eggplant

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Thyme

    1 piece

Cooking

Fish to clean, gut, separate the fillet from the bones.

Wash vegetables, peel and cut into small dice.

Chop olives, mix with breadcrumbs.

Spread the mixture on the fish. Fish we don't salt, but thanks to the olives, the flavor will be balanced.

Zepter casserole cover, put on medium heat. When the arrow of the controller will reach the middle of the green field on the Dry scale-you can start to prepare. Vegetables put in a saucepan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then move the vegetables to one side of the pan, next put the fish. Cover the saucepan with a lid, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.

A saucepan then remove from the heat and leave for another 5 minutes.
