Apple marzipan
Easy to prepare cake. Thin crust gives a light sand hrustenko. Juicy fine-pored crumb without a hint of dryness, with a splash of Apple chocolatino on the substrate. Delicious and easy!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Marzipan

    125 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

Lightly beat the eggs with the sugar (you can not particularly zealous, cupcake and so lush). Soda stir in sour cream, add to egg mixture. Add the flour and stir (part of the flour can be replaced with starch). Pour the sunflower oil. Marzipan eggs to break up into random pieces (you can use other candy). Add to batter, mix well.

Apples cut into slices, put in a greased form, sprinkle with starch. On apples pour the batter and place in preheated oven.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes (time depends on your particular oven, control stick baking of the cake). The finished cake to give a little to stand in the form, then remove, sprinkle with powdered sugar or brush with icing (although you can eat, and so).
