Cooking
Squid carve. Remove the intestines extracted from the chord, remove the foil.
Carcass cut in half lengthwise. Each half of the carcass to split on the surface of the cutting Board and make notches sharp and thin knife to form the mesh. (The mesh will help the marinade faster and to penetrate deeper into the meat of the squid, and allow the heat of the grill best to prepare the fibers of the squid from the inside).
Cut each half of the squid into several pieces. (I do wedge-shaped (triangular) pieces, they are more impressive and aesthetically pleasing look on the table).
The chili pepper (I have it in green) remove the stem with the core out of the seeds and the flesh very finely chop.
Finely chop the coriander. Prepare the marinade for the squid: coriander, chilli, sweet paprika, seasoning for fish grill "Forester", lemon juice, sugar, salt and vegetable oil mix well.
Put sliced squid in a bowl, add in the cooked squid to the marinade, stir, cover and put into a cool place to marinate for half an hour.
Heat grill, mix up all the contents of the bowl again and lay the squid pieces on the grid.
Cook on preheated grill for literally 1 – 2 minutes, the marinade has already done its job and squid is almost ready before the heat treatment. (You don't even have to turn the fillet on the other side, as the incisions that we previously made give us confidence that the meat inside prepared).
