Puff with ham and cheese was my first dish of puff pastry, since they liked everything, now they bake and my mom and sister and many friends. And I hope you enjoy this simple and delicious pastries

Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients. The dough needs to be thawed, the sausage cut into slices, and grate the cheese on a grater.
Roll the dough, cut into pieces (number of pieces depends on the size of layers). On the edge of each slice put ham, sprinkle with cheese and ground pepper for flavor. Tuck the edges so that the melted cheese doesn't run out and fold rolls. Tried to do a puff in the form of croissants, but the yummy cheese stems on a baking sheet.
To put the puffs on a baking sheet, covered with foil, and brush with beaten egg. Bake in the oven until cooked (~ 20 minutes).
