Very tender and tasty cake. A special highlight gives it the cheese-butter cream, which it turns sour. I have not thought that the dessert is easy to do, but it was worth it.

Remove from oven and quickly roll into the shape of a cone. And allow them to cool down. I've got a problem. First, hard behind the paper. I have a knife help me to walk beneath the circle. Second, they dry quickly, so you need to do everything quickly. Tried oil, grease paper - does not help. But what they get is worth it to do (my personal opinion).
