Remove from oven and quickly roll into the shape of a cone. And allow them to cool down. I've got a problem. First, hard behind the paper. I have a knife help me to walk beneath the circle. Second, they dry quickly, so you need to do everything quickly. Tried oil, grease paper - does not help. But what they get is worth it to do (my personal opinion).
In order to make the cream beat the cream, add powdered sugar. Good grated cheese mixed with butter and mixed with cream.
