This is preparation for new year's table decoration! Snowman cheese, butter, sugar, and your imagination! We, with my spouse, celebrating, today, 31 years of living together, chose to depict "the old man and the old woman". Here's what we came out of it!

Cooking
Whisk the cottage cheese with the soft butter and sugar. Coconut we are preparing to seal the cheese mass.
Put to cool in the fridge for 2 hours. After cooling down, we start building our snowmen.
"Grandmother with Dedkov" ready!
At the same time we made the cake from ready-made waffle cakes. It tastes good, but the time was gone a lot. Just in case, say, a layer between the cakes is made of condensed milk, whipped with butter, Top filled, all handmade.
