When it's ready ( not waiting for complete dissolution of the salt), put the washed, peeled potatoes, boil - cover with a lid and turn down the gas fire. Cook for 20-30 minutes depending on size of potatoes. The cooled potatoes are peeled. Try this method, the taste is incomparable, very similar to baked in the fire! And yet, the potatoes boiled by this method is good for salads, the road is long in the fridge ( not cleaned).
Onion and carrot fry in vegetable oil.
In form, lightly oiled, which was roasted vegetables, spread a layer of potato slices-slices ( 1/3), onions and carrots - half, sprinkle with couscous.
