Description
Probably all kids love pizza. This, of course, not the healthiest food, but it can be made much healthier by preparing homemade tomato sauce, adding the spinach or fish. Pizzette – little pizzas – especially attractive to children with their tiny hands. With a knife and fork to use is not necessary, you can just pick up and bite. The kids can help you cook pizzas: sift the flour, remove the skins from the tomatoes, spread the dough with sauce.

Cooking
1. Dissolve the sugar in 90 ml of warm water, add yeast and leave for 5 minutes in a warm place, without drafts. Then stir, add remaining water and olive oil.
2. Sift flour, add salt, slowly pour in the yeast liquid and stir to form dough.

3. Put the resulting dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour and knead for 10 minutes so that it becomes elastic and non sticky. Remove the dough to a bowl, cover with oiled with olive oil plastic wrap (oil side down) and leave to rise for half an hour.
4. To make the sauce: scald the tomatoes, remove their skin, cut into cubes, season with salt, add sugar and simmer in olive oil 15 minutes. Garlic and Basil are finely chopped, add to the tomatoes together with tomato paste and simmer for another 10 minutes until evaporation of excess liquid.
5. Olives cut into slices. Blanch spinach, drain, cool, squeeze and chop. Mozzarella to tear into small pieces, cheese to grate finely.
6. Coming up the dough again knead and cut into four parts. Each part divided into five balls. Roll out the balls thin, so when baking will turn out Golden, crispy pizza, where the taste of the toppings more pronounced than the taste of bread. Better roll out on the flour and semolina or fine corn grits, so the dough will be more airy and crispy.
7. Put the dough circles on a baking pan and smear tomato sauce. Fish pizzetta to put tuna and shrimp and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8. Vegetable pizzetta on top of the tomato sauce, spread mozzarella, spinach, olives and feta.
