Chicken
This chicken recipe perfect for fans of spicy and tangy. As well as breast is absolutely not dry while baking. Plus soy sauce "Kikkoman&a mp;quot;.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Soy sauce

    80 ml

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Chicken fillet wash, dry and cut into cubes.

In a separate bowl pour the soy sauce.

Add curry, peeled and crushed garlic, and starch. Mix thoroughly.

Pour the marinade to the brisket, stir so that all pieces are well coated with the sauce and leave for half an hour.

In a deep frying pan heat the oil and fry in the chili peppers. I used dry. The number can be varied according to your taste. Then the peppers carefully remove from the oil.
