Plum Nutella
Chocolate cream with prunes with acidity.

Ingredients

  • Prunes

    1 kg

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 kg

Cooking

Prunes to wash and clean from the bones.

Add sugar and put on medium heat for 15-20 minutes (depending on the softness of plums)

When drain get too soft add the cocoa, mix well. Turn off the heat and add the butter.

When cool the cream, put in jars and refrigerate. Delicious as a separate dish, spread on pancakes. Bon appetit.
