Raw is much healthier than what has passed the heat treatment. I think no one will argue with that. So I want to offer you all variant of "raw" granola, which is perfect for cocktails and desserts, and will also appeal to children.

A pear peeled and cored, cut into pieces. All folded up in a blender, except the honey and grind at Your discretion ( I prefer smaller). Let stand for 5-10 min.
Add in any milk and curd desserts, cocktails. If you want, you can sweeten to Your taste. I usually use honey.
