Prepare a yeast dough. In a large bowl, mix 2 types of flour and yeast. Add salt and olive oil. Gradually add the water. Knead the dough. The dough uncool, slightly stick to hands (you can grease your hands with oil, to make it easier to mix). Put the dough to rise in the fridge (covered with a wet cotton towel) for 12-24 hours. Don't forget to take out from the refrigerator an hour before cooking! The dough is very suitable for making thin pizzas, they come out light and slightly crispy.
Spread on a baking paper and grease the rust. oil, spread part of the test and raspyleniem layer.
Chicken my. Sprinkle with salt, your favourite spices inside and out. A bundle of rosemary, sage and thyme placed inside chicken. Put the prepared bird on the dough.
