Cod
The ménière's is not only a classic French sauce that is perpetuated in its name, the Miller's wife (meuniere), but the method of preparation. This simple dish was just fabulously delicious.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Parsley

    4 sprig

Cooking

Oil RUB adding a drop of lemon.

Finely chopped herbs and add lemon oil. Mix well.

Cut a piece of cling film, put in the butter and wrap, giving the form of a bar. Freeze.

Rinse the cod, Pat dry with paper towel. Salt and pepper well and roll in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve hot, putting a piece of butter on the fish.
