Tortillas-tortillas are easy to make and it needs very little products. A Cup of flour of corn and wheat (I know one thing, in different regions of Mexico eat different tortillas, where some of the corn flour of wheat) mixed with the baking powder (I put a little less than half teaspoon).
In the standard recipe the flour with the baking powder filled with water until the dough will have consistency. I poured the flour half of glass of kefir (2,5 %, and less) and half Cup water. Added a pinch of sugar and salt. Kneaded the dough until then, until it no longer stick to hands.
The dough is kneaded easy, not to overdo it. When your dough is turned out 4 balls, which I roll into a thin pellet (in fact you can roll it out even thinner, as you like).
Pellets should be fried in hot oil, literally 30-40 seconds on each side.
Here are my cakes. Few rather compact in contrast to the classical tortillas, but I have such staged :)

While preparing scrambled eggs in a blender to grind the tomatoes (they can remove the peel, I have not removed), pepper (I had a Bulgarian) and ground Cayenne pepper.
Crushed tomatoes with pepper put in a pan and add garlic, sauté and sauté for a little while. For flavor I added Basil.
