Potato omelette
I never liked the light Breakfast. Lately, especially since my Malchish-Kibalchish never know when to eat next time :). So in the morning, sending her beloved husband to work, while Otto is still breathing, I'm making myself here's a simple potato for some scrambled eggs. Quick, hearty, delicious.
