Hello, dear cooks! I offer you a recipe of sweet fragrant rye korikov! The site presents a lot of similar recipes and my recipe does not claim to "Know-how". It's just a recipe for a delicious sweet flavored korikov that someone will remind you how long he is not prepared for something like that, someone will be the basis for his own culinary experiments, and someone will take it completely, without changes and will delight your loved ones with delicious cakes!!!

Cooking
Begin by preparing the dough: mix wheat flour, yeast and warm water, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place (or at least without drafts) for 2 hours.
When the dough is ready, start the dough: in a bowl break two eggs, whisk mix and cast two tablespoons of egg mixture for subsequent lubrication of our korikov before baking. Then to the egg mixture add milk, sugar and salt. All mix well.
To the mixture add the melted butter, vegetable oil, spices (I coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg - volume downward a total of 1 h spoon), the yeast mixture and mix everything. Then add wheat and rye flour and knead a soft dough. Flour may take a little more or a little less.
From the dough make the sausage, which divide into 12 pieces (for 6 korikov on a baking sheet). Lay out the biscuits on a parchment covered baking sheet, make the incisions lubricated with egg and sent for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 190-200C oven.
