Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

For cooking I used buckwheat company Mistral.

Pour 2 Cup rinsed buckwheat groats 4 cups water, salt, add SL. oil. Boil buckwheat until tender 15-20 minutes. In vegetable oil fry until transparent chopped onion.

Spread into a greased form (I have a diameter of 23 cm) baking pan or half buckwheat, then a layer of mushrooms and cover with remaining mush.

Sprinkle with grated cheese, cheese you can take and more, for example 150 C. Cover the casserole with foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
