Pilaf
The recipe of this pilaf shared my friend during her student years, she now cooks risotto in a slow cooker, and I stayed true to a proven recipe. Cook, of course, you can use any meat, I have chicken legs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    1 kg

  • Figure

    2 cup

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Seasoning

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cut the chicken

Cut onion into large cubes, carrot cubes

Fry turns the onions and carrots, cover not closing

When carrots and onions are fried, add the chicken and fry for 15 minutes, the cover is not closed

While vegetables and chicken are roasting, measure out the rice and rinse it with cold water

Pour into the pan the rice, pour boiling water so that it covers rice on 2 fingers. Sprinkle with salt, cover not closed, over high heat (to boiling) to evaporate the water so it was a little on the bottom (on the ear), rice not interfere!

When the water evaporates, add the garlic, seasoning, close the lid, put on the small fire for 20 minutes.

Then remove the saucepan in a warm place for 30-45 minutes. Only then stir.
