Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla in a lush foam (can be with a mixer or manually with a whisk). Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder. Mix well. Pour the milk and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
The form for the microwave grease with vegetable oil. To lay out our dough, sprinkle it with nuts. Bake exactly 5 minutes in the microwave (I have a 800 W power).
Prepare frosting. Stir sugar with cocoa in a small saucepan, add the milk and stir again. Add butter and put on medium heat. Heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
