Dear cooks, for sure, in any house it happens that turned out to be not bread, and time for its pastries to spare, and to go to the store does not want to. For the occasion I want to share with You the recipe of a very quick bread, which is literally within 5 minutes, not counting time for baking, because the dough rise, this recipe does not require! Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    500 g

  • Water

    450 ml

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    150 g

  • Yeast

    20 g

This is all the necessary products.

Stir yeast in warm water.

Add salt, vinegar, and all the other supplements that you love. Today I added linseed and sesame, with a total weight of 150 gr. All mix well.

Add whole wheat flour. I have today it was not, and so I used a different flour. All mix well.

Grease the form of vegetable oil, put into it the dough and put in a cold oven. The oven must be cold. The pre-dough should not rise!

Bake bread for about 60 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees or 50 minutes at 175 degrees on convection mode. Watch your oven!
