Description
This delicious cheese garlic bread you can eat warm, straight from the oven. Don't yawn, it ends quickly! For this bread I was inspired by Jamie Oliver, a book which I gave to my son. The bread is delicious and fragrant, is not difficult to prepare, and guests to treat this treat is not a shame.

Cooking
All products must be at room temperature.
The garlic crop tops, drizzle with oil, wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. You can use fresh garlic, but more delicate baked taste.
In mixer bowl combine dry ingredients : flour, salt, sugar, yeast, baking powder. In another capacity liquid : egg, vinegar, warm water. Add the liquid portion to the dry kneading the dough. The dough should be soft and tender, do not hammer it with flour, it is better to grease your hands with oil while kneading ( I left 1 tbsp.) The dough cover and let rest for 20 min.
While resting the dough, grate the butter, cheese, Parmesan, chopped herbs ( I have Basil, chives and parsley), add the roasted garlic, season with salt to taste. Stuffing a little persolita, part of the salt will take away the dough.
Divide the dough into four parts, filling three. Roll out one portion into a rectangular formation, lubricated cheese mixture, cover with another layer. And so to the end. The upper layer is not lubricated. I raked hands, here unnecessary perfection and precision :)
In the form covered with parchment and greased put our strips cut up.
Cover with film or a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour. The dough should increase in size. Lightly sprinkle with grated Parmesan, sprinkle with vegetable oil and set to bake for 45-50 min, the oven heated to 200 degrees.
The bread turns out fluffy, tender, very flavorful, delicious, cheese and garlic. It is delicious as a separate dish, and great for broths, soups and borscht. He's just the bomb!!! Bon appetit!!!
