Cooking
For dessert, I took a mixture of Quinoa and basmati rice Mix from TM Mistral. A delicious mixture of rice varieties Basmati is one of my favorite varieties, and when combined with quinoa it just won. Cooking method: thoroughly rinse the mixture. Fill a pot with water in the ratio 1:2 and bring to a boil. A little sunflower and simmer 12-15 minutes, until the mixture has absorbed all the water.
Prepare the filling: 4 tbsp rice with quinoa mix with quail eggs and cottage cheese ( I have 9% cheese), add sugar (to taste, I had 1 tbsp). I used brown sugar - it gave a taste of karamelnoe stuffing, but you can put regular sugar. All the proportions are arbitrary, adjust to your taste. Instead of quail eggs, you can take half of chicken or one egg yolk from chicken eggs. All are thoroughly mixed.
My pears, each cut into 2 halves, remove seeds. It is convenient to use a spoon for ice cream.
Stuffed with pears. As well keep filling the form, you can do "hill" top.
Sprinkle sugar on top ( it will melt and "sacramentum" stuffing). Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. Pear should be a bit softer, but keep its shape and crunchiness.
Here is a pear from the oven - if you enlarge the photo, will see what it juicy.
Pears are ready you can pour a glaze. For the glaze, mix 1 tbsp sour cream, sugar and cocoa, put on fire and bring to a boil. All the glaze is ready, pour her a pear. Tasty and warm and cold. Especially delicious to break into pieces with fork to dip the pear with filling in the remaining chocolate glaze (it will take more than the whole). Vkusnoteevo. Even adults delicious. The filling is hearty, the cheese, with grains quinoa - very delicate, with flavors of nuts and caramel. The pear is slightly soft, but crispy - and all combined with the chocolate frosting... VERY suggest you a puddin ' pop.
