Cooking
So, to start prepare all the needed products. Measure out dry food. Wash and dry the blueberries. If you use for cooking, frozen berries, in this case, be sure to mix it with 1 tbsp flour.
Milk, egg, butter ( softened ), beat slightly, add bulk products whisk until smooth. The batter is quite watery. Add washed and drained blueberries ( blueberries can ). Carefully with a spoon ( not to bruise, not to damage the berries )mix.
Spread the dough in molds for muffins. Muffin cups greased with oil. If you have a form of silicone, just spray it with water. Leave the stock to raise the dough ( 3/4 of without a slide).
Bake muffins in a preheated 190 From the oven. About 15 - 20 minutes. Check readiness of a wooden skewer or toothpick.
