Delicious stuffed peppers! Absolutely not heavy, hearty, without the meat... a Good alternative for a bachelorette party or in the post, if you replace the mozzarella with soy cheese tofu.

Cooking
Mix 250 ml of tomato juice and 100 ml of broth, salt. Cook until cooked rice. I figure TM Mistral Basmati mix
Bell pepper cut in half, remove the seeds. Mix with the finished rice with chopped tomato and cube mozzarella and popolamenti olives. Lightly salt and pepper. The resulting stuffing fill the halves of peppers.
In a baking dish and pour the remaining broth. Put the peppers and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with herbs. All a pleasant appetite!
