Stuffed onions with bacon and mushrooms
This dish is like, even those who do not particularly like onions. I assure you, the effort will come true an incredible result.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    6 piece

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    100 g

  • Rosemary

    6 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

Cooking

To prepare onions: peel, cut off top and bottom.

Omit onions in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Carefully remove the middle of it.

Leave 1-2 of the outer ring depends on the thickness (preferably thinner).

For the filling, finely chop half of the center onion, mushrooms, bacon (pre-setting aside 6 strips)

Fry onion until transparent, add the mushrooms, chopped bacon and fry for another couple of minutes.

Grate the cheese and send 2/3 to the pan with the filling.

Add the soy sauce, stir, remove from heat.

Sprigs of rosemary to sharpen one end, and to prepare a pending bacon.

Each onion barrel wrap a strip of bacon, secure with skewer of rosemary, slice off the tip of the skewers inside of the barrel.

Fill onions with stuffing almost to the top, top to "seal" the remaining cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 160 degree oven (the bacon should be lightly browned).
