Fried pies with rice
Very tasty fried in a fragrant butter cakes, will appeal to those who like browned and crispy savory pastries! A stuffing of rice, sun-dried tomatoes and Fetaki appreciated by lovers of Mediterranean cuisine!

Ingredients

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Figure

  • Sundried tomatoes

    50 g

  • Fetaki

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Cooking

Water bring to the boil, dissolve it in salt and pepper, add the vegetable oil.

To it add the flour, knead elastic dough. The dough roll into a ball, cover with a towel, leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Rice bags TM "Mistral" cook in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts, each part roll into a thin layer (the same size).
