A delicious dessert made of semolina soaked in syrup of lemon juice, honey, rosemary and thyme. Very bright, full-bodied citrus taste.

Cooking
In this recipe we use semolina semolina TM "Mistral".
For the base of the manna mix margarine at room temperature (or butter, if you are fast) with the sugar for 5 minutes.
Add the almond flour, semolina, baking powder, salt and orange zest. Stir as with a mixer, to the aroma of the peel was soaked in all the ingredients. Add orange juice and once again stir a lot. Pour the mixture in the form, greased with margarine and sprinkled with semolina. My form is 15 20 cm.
Bake for 20 minutes until Golden brown in a preheated 180 gr. the oven. Allow to cool in the form.
For the syrup combine all ingredients, except lemon slices, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally and over low heat boil down to the appearance of the surface of small bubbles and thick. Add slices of lemon, gently mix with the syrup to be completely covered. Boil 3 minutes, remove from heat and closing the lid, leave for 5 minutes. The lemon will become soft and soaked with syrup.
Then with a spoon spread the syrup over the surface of the manna, put on top of slices of lemon. Give manna to soak up the syrup (I left overnight). Bon appetit!
