Cake
Sponge cake with pears and cottage cheese cream. A wonderful dessert for tea! Also importantly, the components of the cake can be prepared in advance, and the next day it remains only to assemble it and put in the refrigerator to wait for guests.

Need to bake a cake. You can use ready-made cakes or use my recipe: beat the eggs and sugar plain and vanilla in the lush foam (5 min) on high speed of mixer, add butter and sour cream, blend again (but at a medium speed), gradually, parts, add the flour with the baking powder to make dough, like thick cream.

While baking the sponge cake, you need to prepare the cream: dissolve the gelatin, mixing it with 1/3 Cup of water and leave for 40 minutes to granules swelled. Then put on a small fire and, stirring constantly, heat but do not boil, to granules dissolved. Beat curd cream cheese - I used like this.

Not stopping to whisk, add the pear puree. (I made it in advance: purified pears, boiled in water and whipped with a blender.) Then add powdered sugar according to your taste. The resulting mass stir in syrup or juice, add the dissolved gelatin and put into the fridge for 1 hour so it thickens.
