I congratulate you on the pancake day :) Today I want to share with you the recipe of the crepe cake with the liver, which can be a great snack for the holiday table. For the pancakes I got the recipe pancakes-Krivoy Rog, as they are a little thicker than the pancakes that we used to cook, for example, for pancakes. If you are too lazy to bother, prepare the crepes the checked recipe, just slightly reducing the amount of liquid (milk, kefir, yogurt, etc.) or increasing the amount of flour.
