Rice stew with spicy minced meat
Super-quick, tasty and simple. The dish is good and freshly cooked and warmed. Also suitable for freezing.

Ingredients

Heat a pan and put the meat on it. If you have a fatty meat (like me) that the frying oil, we do not need.

Sauté, breaking up large lumps with a spoon. At the same time chop the onion and add to the mince. Stir and fry for 10 minutes on medium heat stirring periodically more. At the same time deliver warm water for boiling rice.

Cut bell pepper and garlic and add to the pan. stir and cook further.

In boiling salted water place the rice. I use the cooking bags of TM Mistral - very convenient! Rice - white Basmati fragrant. This rice cooks fast, about 12 minutes, allowing you to save overall cooking time.

Cut the cilantro and add to the pan. Also add salt, add a few drops of Tabasco and cumin. Spread the spice adjust to taste.

Put the canned tomatoes. Warm. You can certainly use fresh, but it will not be an Express version of the dish.

Meanwhile, cook the rice. With a fork, pick up the bags and arrange on a plate. Add the rice to the pan, stir, keep on fire a couple of minutes - the dish is ready.
