Banana cream-a dessert made of tofu
Dessert turns out very light and tender. Tofu does not feel he fully gets fruity taste and gives a "creamy" consistency to the cream. Instead of bananas you can use peaches, kiwis, pears or other fruits (which can be converted to puree).

Ingredients

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Tofu

    80 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Tofu cut into cubes.

Banana cut into slices.

Bananas spread on a heated pan, add the lemon juice, soy sauce and sugar.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved (just a couple minutes).

2/3 banana mix with tofu (who likes sweeter - you can add a spoon of honey) in a blender to bring to a uniform consistency. When applying the cream put the remaining bananas.
