Cake
November to March is the parade of our family holidays. March is my month. The beginning of spring I'm always successful - I get a whole sea of flowers. And this year I decided to make a bouquet - large sweet basket of roses.

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Brown sugar

    2 cup

  • Soda

Brew yourself a Cup of tea and think: what color roses we would like to see on the cake. My pink and what are yours? Selecting a color, prepare the mastic (mastic of the recipes much, I made it out of marshmallows) the desired shade and start sculpting. Roll out the fondant and other materials you can cut out circles (I used the baby bottle - cap cut), the edges of Atochem (rolled out of the same bottle). grease and water on them (to stick).

While roses are dry, begin to prepare the basket. To do this, make the dough. Lightly whisk the eggs and brown sugar. Since I now can't eat honey, then I'll use brown sugar. It will give our cake a touch of honey. And if you can, then you can add in the dough 0,5 Cup honey.

Add the butter and put in a water bath. When the butter has melted, add the soda and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cook about 5-7 minutes.

Sift flour and pour our warm mass. Knead the dough. The dough is warm, it is very pleasant to work with. During kneading, oddly enough, smells like honey, though it is not there at all.

Divide the dough into 12 parts. Roll out the cakes and bake them on oiled paper.

Cakes bake at 180-200 degrees. Time depends on thickness of crust, but to get them you need until they are soft. Crop of hot cakes on one form.

Now preparing for the first cream. Mix milk with flour and eggs and set on fire. Mass bring to a boil (but do not boil!) and allow to cool. Beat the butter (250 g), sugar (1.5 Cup.), to connect with milky egg mass, add the cocoa and beat again. Coat the cakes with cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. The cream should be liquid, to have a good soak cakes.

Prepare the second cream (on the plaster). Whisk boiled condensed milk with butter. It covers the top half. To the remaining cream add izmenenie trim the crusts and roll the sides of the cake. Put in cold to freezing of the cream. Starting to decorate our cake.
