Description
This salad I cooked the OTHER eldest daughter. And here is an unpleasant surprise with a pomegranate, with grains I was going to decorate the salad-heart - cut garnet...... Oh, and grains are all white... at breakneck speed flew to the store for another pomegranate - cut... crazy you can go - grain white! And again, run to the store for a new garnet, and in his head flashed the thought: "All tired, I will not buy more grenades, buy a red bell pepper, cut into it and they decorate the salad!" And guess what - there is no pepper in any store! I had to buy another pomegranate... and he was also not very red, but at least not white!!! Here's an interesting story make this salad!

Cooking
To prepare the salad, I adapted a plastic recess for the biscuits. Lettuce wash, dry and lay out on a flat dish. Put the mold. The first layer lay the sliced boiled eggs.
Season with a little salt, pepper and grease with mayonnaise. On top lay the sliced cucumber.
Sprinkle finely chopped onions, lightly lubricate this layer with mayonnaise and grated cheese.
Cheese to coat with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated walnuts.
The nuts spread a layer of boiled in salted water chicken meat, a little pepper.
Well fluff with mayonnaise.
The last layer put pomegranate seeds! (unfortunate!)
Put the salad in the refrigerator for impregnation. Before serving, carefully remove the mold. Salad turns out delicious, the combination of cheese, walnuts, chicken meat and with a light sweet and sour note of pomegranate seeds!
