One day I came across a recipe in which cranberries are used wholly and without provarivanija. It draws attention to the fact that all the vitamins retain their value. Cooking
Prepare the ingredients: cranberries, wash them and scald with boiling water, allow to cool. Avocados and remove the pits. finely slice. All folded up in a blender, add the cream and beat for a minute.
In order to remove any excess acidity, add sugar. I add Mistral brown fine. Also to the resulting mass add the butter. All beat well until smooth.
The resulting mixture carefully pour into container and put in refrigerator for 1 hour. For decoration you can use grated chocolate, berries or something that will have to taste. Rich aroma and taste of the dessert will delight your household. Bon appetit!
