Quick cake with plums
For povygodney I usually prepare something poloniae, but we now have these wonderful Sunny days that sin is to languish in the kitchen. So on today's menu we have a quick pie from the last plums of this year. Instead of plums you can use apples and pears, cut into thin slices. So, dear cooks, I invite you for a Cup of tea with fragrant, colorful and delicious pie. And as a gift for the road I have another surprise!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    350 g

  • Drain

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Rum

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Plum wash, cut into halves, remove seeds.

Beat eggs with sour cream, sugar, cinnamon and two tablespoons of rum.

Puff pastry (I have unleavened, but I think it doesn't matter, you can use yeast) roll out into a rectangle and transfer it to a form, covered with baking paper so that the sides. I have a form 25x35 cm

For the dough pour the sour cream filling on top put the halves of plums. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.

Since I had a test pack of 500 g, from the remnants of the test I made here such pies. The dough was rolled, cut into squares about 8x8 cm in the middle put the two halves of plums and filled with ground poppy seeds mixed with sugar in proportion 1:1. The opposite edge of the mold to get a boat with an open top.

The pies are also baked in the oven. Here easier to see what's inside them. I must say that the patties taste no way inferior to the main cake and is worthy of a separate recipe.
