Cooking

step-0
Prepare the chicken: cut the excess fat (if needed), put in a bowl and add dill, vinegar, soy sauce and mayonnaise, pepper, salt. Dried dill is very desirable, it creates a mouthwatering aroma. To beat the fillet is not necessary!
step-1
Give a little soak.
step-2
In the meantime, cut the slices of carrots.
step-3
A little fry in vegetable oil. Slightly sprinkle with salt.
step-4
Now turn the chicken: lightly fry the fillet on both sides. It slightly, no Golden brown, each side is literally a minute or two!
step-5
Put the fillets in a form where it will bake.
step-6
Put the carrots.
step-7
Finely chop the parsley.
step-8
Sprinkle.
step-9
Gently pour in the beer, so that the carrot and parsley "financial times", i.e. it should not completely cover the chicken.
step-10
Put in a preheated oven 40-50 minutes doing their business. Alas, I have an oven without a thermometer, just made a small fire, because guided by his oven, I cooked an hour. Get (here in this photo, alas, no) and gently place on a plate with a garnish (I have buckwheat with onions). Sprinkle chicken with cheese, garnish lightly pour the remaining liquid. Carrots can be a bit spread. Name home (if not themselves came running into the kitchen), swimming in compliments! This dish is perfect for dinner at home and for the festive table! Why this name... just a little I'll turn my evraiki there, and if you do not follow, they will not only enjoy the flavor...
