Description

Fish cakes with cottage cheese and dill
Tasty, juicy, healthy, low-calorie and almost dieting. If you cook in a double boiler, then dieting 100%. My family is very much reluctant to eat fish and cheese. The phrase "fried onions" is generally equated with abuse. This recipe is a godsend: to suspect the presence of curd is not possible, and the onion and dried dill lend their peculiar charm.

Cooking

step-0
Onion peel, cut and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
step-1
Fillet, cheese and onion mince.
step-2
Add the egg, semolina, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
step-3
Last add dried dill. It is kneaded.
step-4
It's an airy stuffing.
step-5
On a hot griddle with vegetable oil dessert spoon spread the stuffing.
step-6
Fry with 2 sides until Golden brown. I lightly fried and then baked in the oven at 180-200ºC for about 15 minutes.
step-7
Finished cakes spread on a paper towel, so they gave the extra oil.
step-8
You can serve it both hot and cold. As for me, they taste even better cold. Bon appetit, my good!!!
