Very healthy and tasty dessert. From the table, swept the first, not waiting for hot )) the Kids especially liked! And how many vitamins on Board the same boat! ;)

Ingredients

  • Feijoa

    3 piece

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Prunes

    4 piece

  • Pine nuts

    2 tsp

  • Garnet

    3 tsp

Cooking

Wash feijoas, wipe dry and cut in half.

A teaspoon to get the middle and put in a separate small bowl. Mash them with a fork.

Put on a dish prepared by our halves of the green bases.

To add to the center honey and a good grind.

Add the diced prunes

Grated on a coarse grater Apple

Pine nuts

And pomegranate seeds. Mix well.

And stuff the two halves of our feijoa vitamin mixture.
