My family loves cabbage rolls. And I when there is no time (or desire) to mess with cabbage, made from Chinese cabbage. Quick and tasty.

Meat, adjusted to Your taste them in the meat grinder, preparing the stuffing for stuffed cabbage. I added myself to the onion and garlic.
From the Chinese cabbage, tear off the leaves and throw into boiling salted water literally for 3 minutes. Kale quickly becomes soft and translucent. Remove and put to cool.
Half Cup rice (I have a faceted glass - 200g) is cooked in boiling water until soft. Cool.
In minced meat add the rice. Mix the minced meat, adding salt and pepper to taste. On a leaf of cabbage spread the stuffing (if the leaf is quite large, it can be divided into two leaves).
Prepared cabbage rolls fry in vegetable oil until Golden color (you can not fry, but our love cabbage rolls toasted).
At the same time in another pan lightly saute the grated carrot, diced onion and tomato paste for gravy.
At the bottom of the high-temperature form put part of the roast, and top with a layer of cabbage. And so to the end.
Preheat the oven to 220-230*. In form with the cabbage add some water - about 50 ml, sprinkle with herbs and put to bake for about an hour.
An hour later the dish is ready - delicious and fast. These cabbage rolls can be prepared with sour cream, mushroom sauce. But I had "tomato" mood. You can also cook with any (vegetarian, for example) fillings - as well as ordinary cabbage rolls. Very simple and fast! Help yourself and don't forget to congratulate the men on a holiday :-)
