Delicious pancakes from zucchini. My grandma cooks for many years now, all the guests loved it! Especially delicious hot fresh out of the pan.

Take the zucchini of medium size, if You have a lot of it, like I did, cut half. Peel off the skin, remove the seeds. Kabachek three on a coarse grater. Wait 5 minutes and squeeze excess liquid.
To overcome the zucchini add two eggs, flour, worn on a fine grater garlic, salt, pepper and stir. The consistency of the dough should get as thick sour cream. Garlic and pepper, I add more because I love when pancakes hot.
You can make pancakes without toppings, you can mince, sausage or sausage. In this case with ground beef. stuffing need about 300-400 gr. Tablespoon we spread our dough on a hot griddle in the center put a slice of meat and with a fork close. Fry in not high heat on both sides.
