Poppy seed cake rolls
The website has a huge variety of cakes with poppy filling, but I want to offer to bake a delicious cake yeast buns with poppy filling. The cake consists of biscuits rolled into rolls, collected in one form. The result is a solid advantages: pie not cut and break into individual buns, which is very convenient, it looks spectacular and beautiful rolls. Convinced? Then cook!

Ingredients

For the dough sift flour in bowl, add salt, sugar, dry yeast and stir so that all ingredients (especially the yeast) evenly distributed by volume.

Prepare the topping for the muffins. For the topping, mix the flour with the sugar, and then RUB with butter until it forms crumbs. Put in the refrigerator.

For 5 – 7 minutes before baking brush the rolls with beaten egg and sprinkle with prepared crumbs. Bake at temperature 180 – 200 degrees (20 – 30 minutes).
