Orange cake with white chocolate
I recommend to cook these wonderful cakes with orange notes. Delicate, airy... just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

    200 g

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.

Add the eggs, sugar, melted butter.

To remove the zest from half the orange.

Chocolate grind.

Add zest and chocolate to the dough. Stir in the flour and leave in a warm place to approach.

Punch down the risen dough and put in greased form. I have a cake prepared in a small sauce pan and 12 in small silicone forms for cupcakes. Give them some to come and bake at 180C until tender.

For the glaze, take 20-30 ml of orange juice and RUB with powdered sugar. Covered the cakes and top with decoration. Bon appetit!!!
